     In 1993 I moved to San Diego to launch a career in Real Estate Appraisal because I enjoy travel, meeting people, photography and computing. I also see some of the most beautiful Real Estate in the world, meet the owners, and see jaw dropping views that defy description; I really enjoy the appraisal process.

     You may ask, what makes me different, other than my extraordinary love of the game, tenacity and perseverance? I have been told it’s also my 20 year career in the construction industry. It was there I acquired hands on experience coupled with developed supervisory and organizational skills from working within the technical and legal processes of the Building, Zoning, Health and Fire Departments during the construction process. I am truly a team player, and have been told I am people person.

     Despite the carnage of our industry at the hands of an unethical few, the kidnapping of my clients by the HVCC, there is something that as not changed. That is the pleasure and joy I experience from the appraisal process. That is why today I maintain the highest level residential appraisal license of “Certified Residential”, maximum level of E&O insurance, FHA approved, member of FREA and the BBB of San Diego.

    The months ahead bring with them the promise of more conundrums and uncertainty.
